INKUBIO RY:N VAALIKOKOUS // INKUBIO RY’S ELECTION MEETING 22.10.2026
Heipähei, jäsenistö!
Tervetuloa Inkubio ry:n vaalikokoukseen 2026 torstaina 22.10.2026 kello 17.15 alkaen.
Kokous järjestetään Kandidaattikeskuksen (Otakaari 1) D-salissa (huone Y122). Esityslistan kohdan 12 jälkeen siirrytään noin 6 päivän kokoustauolle.
Vaalikokouksen toinen osa alkaa keskiviikkona 28.10.2026 kello 16.15 D-salissa.
Kokouskutsu ja esityslista löytyy tämän viestin liitteenä.
Kokouksessa päätetään:
Ensi vuoden hallituksen kokoonpano, Hallituksen jäsenet, ISOvastaava, Päätoimittaja(t), Excursiomestari(t), Lukkarimestari, Jatkuvuustoimikunnan puheenjohtaja, Spagumestari, Arkistonhoitaja, Sijoitusvastaava, LifeTech-vastaava.
Muistathan, että vain Inkubion varsinaisilla jäsenillä on äänioikeus kokouksessa. Muistuta kavereitakin maksamaan jäsenyytensä viimeistään 11.10. kello 18 mennessä.

Welcome to Inkubio ry's Election Meeting of 2026 on Thursday the 22nd of October at 17:15.
The meeting is held in Hall D at the Undergraduate Centre (Otakaari 1, 02150 Espoo). In the meeting after meeting point 12, we will go onto a meeting break and the meeting reconvenes on Wednesday, the 28th of October in D Hall at 16:15. The meeting attachments are attached to this email.
Unfortunately, the meeting will be in Finnish, since it's the official language of the association. You are still warmly welcome to attend and vote in the meeting, if you are a guild member!
In the meeting we will choose the composition of the board for next year, board members and the following responsible guild officials: BIG Responsible, Editor-in-chief, Excursion Master, Master Songleader, Chair of the Continuation Committee, Spaghetti Master, Archivist, Investment Responsible, and LifeTech Responsible.
Remember that only full members of Inkubio have the right to vote in the meeting. So remind your friends to pay the membership by Sunday the 11th of October at 18 o’clock.
